CHECK-IN TIME - CHECK-OUT TIME
Checking in time is Saturday after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is Saturday by 10:00 a.m.
Please check-out on time so the cottages can be properly cleaned for arriving guests.
EXTRA PERSONS
Please limit your group to the number for each cottage to avoid straining our septic systems and water supply.
Each cottage can comfortably accommodate a certain number of people.
DEPOSIT
A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.
DAMAGE
Although we do not require a damage deposit, guests are responsible for damages to cottages or watercraft. Please inspect your rental upon arrival and report any damage.
VISITORS
Cottage renters are welcome to invite additional day visitors while staying with us. Since each cottage is designed to accommodate a certain number of people as indicated in our chart, the addition of guests should not exceed the maximum capacity for your cottage.
